Almost everything given away at an event ends up in a bin before the car park. A bandana does not, and the reason is boringly practical: it has uses. It ties round a head, a neck, a wrist, a bag strap or a dog; it folds into a pocket and stays there; and it costs a fraction of a shirt.
That only holds if the square is worth keeping. A thin, unhemmed, badly registered bandana is exactly as disposable as everything else on the table — and it took your money to get there.
Why we exist
The category is full of catalogue squares: pick a stock paisley, drop a logo in the middle, receive a box, discover the edges were laser cut and the corners unravel after a month. Nobody looked at the design and nobody looked at the hem.
We stitch every hem on all four sides, print edge to edge rather than floating a logo in a white void, and redraw paisley properly — border, medallions and field in your palette, with your mark worked into the pattern instead of sitting on top of it. Minimum order is 12, so one wedding party is a normal order.
What we print on
Soft-washed 100% cotton for almost everything: it ties well, softens further with washing and takes both screen and digital printing. Screen for flat-colour designs at volume, where the colour lands denser and the cost per piece is lower; digital where the artwork has photographic detail or too many colours to screen.
For heat we use a knitted technical microfibre instead. It holds water in very fine fibres and releases it slowly, so the square genuinely cools by evaporation rather than by a coating or a claim — and it takes full-colour dye sublimation edge to edge.
