What is the minimum order?
Our minimum is just 12 bandanas, with bulk pricing tiers that drop steeply as quantities grow — volume is where printed squares get genuinely cheap.
How long does an order take?
Your free mockup arrives within 24 hours, and finished bandanas ship in about 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping).
What size should I order?
22 inches is the classic square and the right choice for giveaways and volume merch. 27 inches is for anything worn deliberately — head coverings, neck scarves and retail pieces where the pattern is the product.
Screen printing or digital?
Screen for flat-colour designs at volume: cheaper, and the colour is denser. Digital when the artwork has photographic detail or many colours. Cooling squares are dye sublimated, which handles anything.
Are the edges hemmed?
Yes — stitched on all four sides as standard. Laser-cut edges cost less and start unravelling at the corners within about a month of washing, which is why we do not offer them.
Can you redraw a paisley pattern in our colours?
Yes. We redraw the border, medallions and central field in your palette and work your mark into the pattern rather than dropping it on top of stock artwork. The redraw is free.
Do the cooling bandanas really cool?
Yes, by evaporation rather than any coating. Soak, wring and wear, and the square stays noticeably cool for an hour or more. It rewets indefinitely and dries fast between uses.
Do I pay anything before I approve the design?
Nothing. Mockups and revisions are free and unlimited, and you only pay once the design is exactly what you want.
